Where to go, and what to see

Where do you go when you are trying to figure out what you’re going to do when you take a trip? I have a few websites that are my “go tos”, and I try and do as much research as possible before we leave. Two of the websites include:

  • Routeplanner.com – If you are interested, when we go to Europe I use this website to try and decide where I want to go, and the order of the cities we want to stop at on the trip. I like that I can order the cities I want to visit in any order, and I can also decide on cities based on some of the pictures and information on here.
  • Tripadvisor.com – I use tripadvisor.com for everything from looking up some of the top things to do, hotels, apartments, and restaurants. We have had pretty good luck renting apartments in Europe on here, and have also found some amazing restaurants here as well.

In case you’re wondering, I started writing reviews on Trip Advisor a few years ago. I have written reviews of places we stayed, restaurants we went to, and even excursions we went on if possible. At first this was mainly for me, so I could remember where we had gone, and when. But then it became more than that, especially since I started getting quite a few readers the more I submitted.

So now, I thought I would take all these reviews and post them on here in case anyone is interested in getting a few ideas if you happen to go to some of the places we have visited over the years.

I can only hope that if one of my reviews is the reason you choose where to visit, you have a wonderful experience.

I hope you’ll leave me a comment to let me know if my reviews are helpful or not, or even if there is something else you’d like to see that maybe I haven’t added. I would love to hear from you.

Enjoy!
